The Water Method page 3 Everyone's body and mind are different. There are no two people identical so what is right for one may not be right for another. Adhering to the Golden Mean (or the 70% rule) requires that you tune into your own mind/body to find out what is too much or too little. If you practise too much you will be exhausted, if you practise too little you will never gain results Finding that space where you feel open, clear and full of energy, where you could do more but don't, you can begin to store the energy you developed through the exercises. If you can find this space then you are starting to understand and embody the principle. You are then in a position to apply the principle to how much you do, how far you stretch, how long you practise for, as well as applying it to other aspects of your life. It is with application that the practise of the Water Method starts to gain momentum. By living it results come quicker, development progresses faster by not demanding that it does. |
